A major update for Teens with Attitude! I’ve revised & fine-tuned the existing game, and added a whole bunch of new stuff to boot! This brings us up to version 0.31. Let’s get into it:

Changes

• Bonus effects have been removed (people weren’t using them & they overly complicated the Attitude system). This is the only major rules change.
• The Basic Moves sheet has been reorganized – everything about Attitude is now on the front page, and all moves say what happens on a 6- for easy reference.
• Some formatting in the Teen & Team playbooks has been tweaked to make things easier to find & understand.
• The Producer Playbook is now a single page, with steps for making an Enemy on the back. This aligns with the Teen playbooks & gives the Producer fewer pages to flip through during play.
• The name tables, people & places tables, and creating the Villains flowchart have moved to the back of the Quickstart Guide.
• The Quickstart Guide has been updated with an FAQ answer about turn order in a fight (a frequent question in playtests).
• Some language in the Quickstart Guide has been tweaked to make certain rules & concepts clearer. I’ve also revised it to reflect the updated rules & sheet layouts.

New Stuff

• Fillable playbooks! I’ve created special PDFs that allow you to type directly into the PDF, check & uncheck all boxes, and automatically calculate morphing bonuses & condition penalties. You can now play an entire game without printing anything, if you want.
• Pre-gen playbooks! I’ve created a set of pre-filled Team, Teen, & Producer Playbooks, so you can jump right into the action. The Producer Playbook even includes some scenario prompts, enemies, & NPCs.
• A new cover! The game’s new illustrated cover features a team of rad teens showing off their rad powers.

This is the most complete & refined version of the game to date, honed through hours upon hours of playtests & revisions. If you’ve been playing the game, you’ll find a lot to like in the new update. If you haven’t gotten into it yet, now’s the perfect time, as I won’t be releasing any more updates for several months.
